For The Delivered Solutions, The Term Of Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Personal Training Is The One Mentioned For Each Individual Solution, Respectively 60 Calendar Days From The Establishment Of The Good Performance Guarantee. The Duration Of The Contract Is 150 Days. This Runs From The Date Of Establishment Of The Guarantee Of Good Execution Of The Contract, Includes The Delivery Term Assumed By The Contractor Of 60 Days, To Which Is Added The 30 Days For Acceptance Of The Products By The Contracting Authority And The Payment Term Of 60 Days From The Moment Of Issuing The Invoice, After Receiving The Delivered Products And Performing Their Related Services.
