General Procurement Notice for Consultancy Services for Enhancing Womens Financial Inclusion Through Islamic Finance Development of E-Learning Course Titled Enhancing Womens Financial Inclusion through Islamic Finance The Project will include the following components: Under this component, a consulting firm specialized in the development of eLearning animation videos and multimedia resources will be hired to undertake the development of various types of learning resources (multimedia elements), including graphic-rich multimedia, animated and static infographics, and illustrated explainer videos and conversational scenarios. It is estimated that the duration of the course shall be roughly around 2 learning hours, and shall include 5 lessons, with each lesson including 5-62D illustrated videos (explainer videos and/or conversational scenarios) and 8-10graphic-rich 2D images and illustrations. Detailed expectations from the consulting firm will be included in the terms of reference. The selected consultancy firm shall be expected to: · Develop a uniform and standard graphic strategy (illustrated genre) for the MOOC · Visualize and develop the Creative Design approach for the multimedia from the given Video Script after interacting/interviewing the stakeholders and focal points from the IsDBI · Develop graphic-rich multimedia, animated and static infographics, and illustrated explainer videos and conversational scenarios Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures specified under the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultant Services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised in February 2023) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
