Expression Of Interest For Guinea- Supply Chain Information Systems Evaluation Description Guineas Health System Depends On A Complex Supply Chain For Health Products, Which Is Crucial For The Success Of Public Health Programs. However, The Landscape Is Fragmented, With Multiple Vertical Supply Chains Operating Independently Across Different Programs And Structures. This Fragmentation Causes Gaps In Coordination, Data Management, Interoperability, And Digitization, Ultimately Limiting Logistical Visibility And Effective Decision-Making Throughout The System. In Response To These Challenges, The Republic Of Guinea Has Taken Significant Steps Since 2015 To Strengthen Its Health System, Focusing On Supply Chain Improvements. With Support From The Siaps Project, The Country Conducted An Assessment And Subsequently Established Its First Logistics Management Information System (Lmis). The Lmis Was Designed To Enhance The Availability, Traceability, And Management Of Essential Medicines By Providing Reliable And Timely Data For Informed Decisions At All Levels, From Central Administration To Service Delivery Points. Despite The Progress Made With The Lmis, No Mid-Term Evaluation Has Been Performed Since Its Launch, Making It Necessary To Assess Its Effectiveness After Nearly Nine Years Of Operation. Recognizing The Need For Integration And Optimization Of Supply Chain Data Systems Across Key Stakeholders, The Ministry Of Health And Public Hygiene, With The World Bank And Other Partners, Is Initiating A Comprehensive Review. This Assessment Aims To Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, And Threats, And Develop Actionable Recommendations To Reinforce GuineaS Supply Chain Information Systems Tender Link : Https://Wbgeprocure-Rfxnow.Worldbank.Org/Rfxnow/Public/Advertisement/6101/View.Html
