To Acquire A Campground And Marina Reservation And Retail System (Cmrrs) And Provide Exemplary Customer Service To Slpc’S Customers On The Slpc’S Website Via An Ecommerce Platform, Through Its Guest Relations Unit (Gru), And Its Campground Registration Buildings With Superior Reporting Systems To Support Financial, Inventory And Data Analytics For Business Evaluation And Planning. The Customer Facing Platform Must Be Bilingual (English And French) And Integrate Campgrounds And Day Use Facilities In Multiple Locations. Scope Of Work The Vendor Shall Provide The Cmrrs To The Slpc As A Full-Service Delivery Model. The Slpc Will Continuously Pursue Opportunities For Improvement To Its Service And Embrace Emerging Technologies That Enhance The Slpc’S Ability To Target Potential Customers And Satisfy Their Needs More Accurately And Efficiently. Continuous Improvements To The Slpc’S Customer Service That Positively Impact Sales, Customer Satisfaction And Visitation Will Also Be Important. The Vendor Shall Proactively Recommend, Cost-Justify And Assist In The Slpc’S Implementing Such Technologies Throughout The Term.
