Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), The University Of Georgia Is Issuing This Request For Quote (Rfq) To Accept Bids For Ksu: Adidas Apparel, Screen Printing & Embroidery Services, Per The Attached Bid Specifications. Pricing Must Include All Applicable Costs For Products Or Services, Including Any Applicable Shipping Charges Fob Destination To Kennesaw, Georgia, And All Other Requirements As Outlined In The Specifications. All Questions Must Be Submitted To The Procurement Office Via The Questions Function On This Solicitation. Prospective Bidders Should Only Contact The University Of Georgia Procurement Office Regarding This Solicitation. Kennesaw State University (Ksu) Invites Contractor(S) With Intercollegiate Athletics Apparel Experience, Financially Secure, And Reliable Companies To Submit Bids For Adidas Apparel, Screen Printing And Embroidery Services To Athletic For Ksu Sports Teams. Supplier(S) Shall Be Responsible For Screen Printing And Embroidering All Types Of Athletic Apparel In Different Sizes In High Volume With A Quick Turnaround Time. Contractor(S) Will Provide All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Transportation Necessary For These Services. Supplier(S) Must Host Their Own Art Department. Contractor(S) Shall Be Available To Perform These Services Throughout The Week And At The Times Requested By The University, To Include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, And During An Emergency. Contractor(S) Must Provide Pick-Up And Delivery Service. This Contract Will Include Screen Printing, Embroidery And Adidas Apparel (From Third Party Vendors). Therefore, The Contractor(S) Must Be An Authorized Adidas Reseller. Also, Optional Services May Be Requested, Such As Services Provided For Uniforms, Various Forms Of Embellishment, Which Can Include Flex Logo, Leather Patches, Sublimation, Etc. Furthermore, Other Departments On Campus May Use This Contract, Although There Is No Guarantee Of Additional Work. Bidders Need To Complete All Of The Required Attachments Listed In The Buyer Attachments, Including Answering All Of The Mandatory Ques
