General Procurement Notice for Provision of Goods, Works, Related Services and Consulting Services for Abia State Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development Project The project will include the following components; the preparation of the Feasibility Studies and Detailed Engineering Design for the project. ESIAs and Six RAPs are currently being finalized for the overall project (both AIDB and IsDB parts). The drafts available are of high quality and in line with the African Development Banks Integrated Safeguards System. The project scope includes eight components, namely: (i) Civil Works; (ii) Consultancy Services; (iii) Financial Audit; (iv) Capacity Building; (v) Project Management; (vi) Compensation and Resettlement; and (vii) Social Infrastructure and (viii) Contingency Emergency Response Component (CERC). IsDB financing will cover Civil Works such as Construction of 22.05km road in Aba, construction of cumulative 118km roads in Umuahia and renovation of office complex. Consultancy Services such as Consultancy Services for the Design Review and Supervision of ABSIIDP Projects in Aba & Umuahia, Consultancy for Road Safety studies, HIV/AIDS/STD, Gender Sensitization studies, ESMP monitoring and Audit of completed assigmnents. Procurement of goods such as Procurement of solar system for the project, Procurement of computer accessories, equipment, Project Management, Social Infrastructure and Contingency Emergency Response Component (CERC) (ii) Consultancy Services; (iii) Financial Audit; (iv) Capacity Building; (v) Project Management; (vi) Compensation and Resettlement; and (vii) Social Infrastructure and (viii) Contingency Emergency Response Component (CERC).
