In order to assure safe and reliable operation of the loading facility, Upgrade the existing Electro-Hydraulic equipment as follows: Upgrade local Control panels to a centralized single panel and integrate to PLC provided in Project # 4311. Upgrading Hydraulic equipment with updated design and latest applicable explosion proof standard. Replacement of Hydraulic system tubing.
