The Bolgatanga Municipal Assembly received budgetary support from MP Constituency Labour Project Fund (CLF), Social Intervention Funds (SIF), and Capacity Support Grant V component of the Ghana Secondary School Cities Support Programme (GSCSP) through the Government of the Republic of Ghana for this year and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payment under works and Goods contracts in the table below whose: 2. Bolgatanga Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders (Tenders) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (Tenderers) to provide the works and supply referenced above. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bill of Quantities, Specification, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant Tender Documents. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements. a. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate c. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable) d. Valid Business Registration Certificate e. Valid Certificate of Incorporation f. Valid Certificate of Commencement g. Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways (MRH) Certificate (A2 B2 and Above) h. Valid Labour Certificate i. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA j. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing (MWH) Certificate (D3K3, and Above) for Building works 3. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) for each set of Tender Documents. 4. The deadline for submission of Tenders is at 10.00 am local time on the 16th September 2025, Tenders must be delivered on or before the time specified above. 5. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security in the form and amount specified in the Tender Documents, valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after Tender opening. 6.
