Bid Bond: Interviewer for GSG Technical Trainings Graduates: The Interviewer will be responsible for conducting technical and behavioral interviews for GSG community members, including fresh graduates and those who have completed technical training programs. These interviews will support GSGs employability initiatives by assessing the technical capabilities and career readiness of candidates, while also identifying areas where further development is needed. Objectives of the Interviews: 1. Assess Technical Proficiency: Evaluate candidates skills in key technical areas such as programming languages, system design, and problem-solving, to understand the overall technical capabilities within the GSG community. 2. Evaluate Employability Readiness: Assess the readiness of technical training graduates for the job market by identifying their strengths and any gaps that need further development or training. 3. Assess Behavioral and Soft Skills: Evaluate candidates interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, and provide feedback to help strengthen these professional traits. 4. Provide Actionable Feedback: Offer constructive and specific feedback after interviews, guiding candidates on areas to improve their technical skills and overall employability. 5. Support GSG Employability Initiatives: Provide valuable insights into the technical skill levels and career readiness of GSG community members, contributing to efforts to enhance GSGs training programs and improve employment outcomes. 6. Inform and Improve GSG Training Programs: Use feedback from technical and behavioral interviews to help refine GSGs technical training curriculum, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the tech industry. 7. Ensure Fairness and Consistency: Maintain a transparent and consistent interview process using standardized evaluation criteria, ensuring fairness and professionalism throughout. Scope of Work The Interviewer is expected to conduct a total of 100 hours of interviews over the four-month period, starting from August 17, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2025. The tasks and responsibilities for the Interviewer include: 1. Interview Preparation: Conduct interviews focusing on evaluating the candidates technical expertise (e.g., programming languages, system design, and problem-solving) and behavioral skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, adaptability). Interview candidates for various roles and technical training graduates from GSGs community. 2. Providing Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback on candidates performance after interviews, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable suggestions for how candidates can improve their skills and increase their employability. 3. Supporting GSGs Training Initiatives: Collaborate with the GSG team to share insights gained from interviews, helping to enhance the communitys training programs and ensure they are aligned with industry needs. 4. Documenting and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interviews, feedback, and any recommendations for further development. Provide regular updates on interview progress to the GSG team. 5. Weekly Updates and Collaboration: Participate in weekly meetings with the GSG team to discuss interview results, candidate progress, and any adjustments to interview methods if necessary. Payment: Payments will be made on a monthly basis based on the number of hours worked, with payment processed after submission of a timesheet, service completion report, and financial claim. The Interviewer will also maintain a log of all interviews, including candidate evaluations and other relevant details, which will be submitted alongside the payment documents.
