Performing The First Launch To Demonstrate The Correctness Of Its Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting For The Personnel Training (Aimed At Preparing These People For Correct Service And Practical Operation) Offered And Supplied To The Employer Performed By This Order Of Equipment And Conducting Additional Application Training (Aimed At Presenting The Personnel To The Contracting Authority Of The Scope And Possibilities Of Use Offered As Part Of Gas Chromatograph Equipment). A Full, Indefinite, Unenimable Minimum License Will Be Required; 5) Issuing To The Ordering Party: A) The Documents Referred To In § 5 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template; B) Other Documents, If The Equipment Offered, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Legal Provisions Require Such Documents To Use The Equipment On The Part Of The Ordering Party (As A User). 3. The Scope Of This Order (Delivery) Also Includes The Following Additional Benefits Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, At The Stage After Issuing The Ordering Equipment, Such As Removing Defects And Performing Other Benefits For The Employer In Connection With The Guarantee Provided For The Offered Equipment. 4.
