Part 1 - Cables, Cables, Handles, Corrugated Bodies And Pipes1. The Order Is Made Of A Basic Order And Orders Covered By The Right Option2. Additional Requirements Of The Order 2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be New, Free From Defects And Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Time Limit Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz. 2.2. Deliveries Will Be Successfully Carried Out As The Employer Is Required - The Response Time From The Date Of Submission Of The Demand In Accordance With The Date Indicated In The Contractors Offer, Not Longer Than 10 Days From The Date Of Reporting The Demand. 2.3. Along With The Issuing Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Contract. 2.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer A Written Quality Guarantee For The Provided Subject Of The Contract For The Period Indicated In The Offer Calculated From The Date Of Signing By Representatives Of The Parties Acceptance Report. Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Specified In The Contractors Warranty Card And/Or Manufacturers Warranty Card For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Employer Using The Contractor Unloading Measures (E.G. Hds, Forklift, Pallet Stroller, Car Elevator). 2.6. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract - Sokółka, Ul. Torowa 12 (Or General Władysław Sikorski 40). 2.7. The Collection Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, Checking The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contractors Offer. 2.8. A Delivery And Acceptance Report Will Be Drawn Up From The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Chapters Ii. - Iii.
