| Project Detail | As per section 1.4.2 (iii) of the Directive on Access to Information: For Projects approved by Bank management where the Board of Directors has delegated the approval authority, the PSD shall be disclosed at the start of the relevant no-objection notification period to a member country of the Bank in accordance with Article 13 (iii) of the Agreement Establishing the EBRD. Provision of a senior loan of up to EGP 616.9 million (ca. EUR 10.6 million) to Go Bus (Go Bus or the Company) to support the acquisition of: (i) up to 30 new buses to operate as part of their inter-city transportation services, (ii) up to 6 electric micro-buses for shorter routes and up to 3 EVs operating intracity. Project Objectives The objective of the Project is to support Go Buss operational expansion and fleet renewal through acquisition of modern buses for long-haul inter-city operation and electric vehicles (EVs) for operation on shorter routes. |
