The project is for the collection and management of municipal solid waste, and the proper disposal of the same in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9003 and other related laws, as well as the rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the sanitary landfill at the Project Site and development of the latter into the Hermosa Ecopark, in a manner that will promote the general welfare of the people of Hermosa through sustainable practices, in line with the policy of inclusive growth as a principle of economic development. |
