The Project involves a joint venture arrangement between the parties -- the Iloilo Province will allocate appropriately sized and located spaces within the target 12 district hospitals and 1 provincial hospital; While PMVI will equip, manage and operate an 8-chair dialysis center in each hospital site. Implementation will be programmed in 4 phases, with each phase having an economic life of 10 years. Project Objectives The Project aims to address the gaps in accessibility of life-prolonging hemodialysis services for the benefit of the constituents of the province. Furthermore, patients will enjoy the additional benefit of preferential access to more advanced diagnostic and treatment services from PMVI, as well as from the other hospitals and clinics of the Healthway Medical Network (“HMN”). |
