| Project Detail | The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ministry of the Public Service and the Ministry of Finance to design and implement civil service modernization reforms. The specific objectives are: (i) to strengthen capacity for pay and grading reform, (ii) to strengthen capacity for the modernization of human resources management systems, and (iii) to strengthen capacity for design and implementation of civil service modernization projects. |
