| Project Name | Support for civil society in Kosovo |
| Project Detail | The overall objective of this project is to contribute to the development of a strong and dynamic civil society in Kosovo. The specific objective of the intervention is to promote the development of gender equality and media transparency to advance society in Kosovo. The intervention is structured into three results: women and minorities are empowered to actively participate in promoting peace and security; the capacities of minority-focused civil society organizations (CSOs) are strengthened through entrepreneurship, financial literacy and digital literacy; the capacities of CSOs promoting media transparency and information integrity in Kosovo are strengthened. It should be noted that particular attention will be paid to the inclusion of minority groups within each of the three outcomes. The projects modalities are direct management and operational partnership agreements. Three implementation agreements are planned with the Jahjaga Foundation for JWPS and CSOs that will be selected following an open call for proposals. |
