The objectives of the Project are to improve foundational learning and access in targeted primary schools and to strengthen the education system under the following parts: Part 1: Improving Foundational Learning Part 2: Improving Access to the Foundational Learning Program Part 3: System Strengthening to Deliver Foundational Learning Part 4: Project Management and Technical Assistance Objectives This project focuses on foundational learning; and is conceptualized to focus on the fundamental issues of access to schooling at the primary level, improving foundation literacy and numeracy skills and ensuring continuity of schooling. Focus activities envisaged under the projects are trainings, learning assessments, developing strategy, developing of teaching /learning materials, capacity building, school grants, school feeding program etc. |
