| Project Name | Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) PPP Project |
| Project Detail | This project is for the O&M service provider capable of providing high standards of safety and levels of service for the MMSP. The service provider will be engaged through an O&M concession under the PPP Code. Project Objectives The MMSP O&M is the PPP phase to the “hybrid PPP model” that was envisioned for the MMSP in the previous administration. The government is presently constructing the MMSP rail infrastructure and procuring trains. Once the rail assets are completed and tested, these will be put under the stewardship of a private sector engaged under a PPP arrangement to operate and maintain the rail assets according to defined performance indicators, including compliance with gender and accessibility policies of the DOTr. |
