This project aims to increase the land area of the Province to meet the increasing demand for land that are necessary and critical for urban development within its territorial jurisdiction. The project is expected to create new sources of revenue and generate new employment opportunities in the project area and facilitate economic development in the province. The project involves reclamation of 1,332 hectares delineated in the provinces Master Development Plan, construction of roads, potable water, power, streetlights, telecommunication, drainage/sewerage, sidewalks, and open spaces for the public. |
