The Unsolicited Proposal is for a 25-year concession between PWS Cavite and the Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) and its Cities and Municipalities (LGUs) for the implementation of CIWMS, i.e., the provision on integrated waste management services in the territorial jurisdiction of the participating LGUs. PWS Cavite intends to provide, operate, and maintain Materials Recovery Facility and an Engineered Sanitary Landfill to the LGUs and related services including segregation and disposal of waste from participating LGUs. |
