The Slaughterhouse Project shall have a maximum daily capacity not to exceed Three Thousand (3,000) kilograms or One Hundred (100) heads of combined cattle and hogs with a gross floor area of 550.62 square meters within a total land area of 1,004 square meters of a government-owned parcel of land embraced by Tax Declaration Nos. 029-05-051-01-160-0000 and 029-05-051-160-1001 under a Build-Operate-Transfer Agreement executed on 10 September 2012, located at Barangay Vicente West, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. The project shall have the following components: slaughterhouse building, holding pens (hog and cattle) building, administration office, ISO room, viewing deck, toilet and bath, loading and unloading area, parking area, overhead water tank, submersible pump, generator set, wastewater treating facility and lagoon system and other support facilities/amenities. |
