Provision of a senior loan in the amount of up to EUR 30 million to the City of Timisoara (the Client, or the City) to support, alongside the European Union (EU), key municipal infrastructure investments, as follows: (i) rehabilitation of the district heating (DH) network and (ii) urban regeneration investments, including public lighting, bike lanes, green spaces, and irrigation systems (the Project).
