| Project Detail | An equity commitment of up to EUR 40 million in favour of Templeton Türkiye Fund II (the Fund). The general partner of the Fund will be Templeton Türkiye Fund GP SARL (the General Partner), incorporated in Luxembourg. The Fund will be managed by Templeton Asset Management Limited (the Fund Manager), incorporated under the laws of Singapore. Project Objectives The Fund will seek to make significant minority investments in fast growing mid-cap companies predominantly in Türkiye. |
