| Project Detail | NY Route 33 (Kensington Expressway) from Best St to East Ferry St in the City of Buffalo, Erie County. This project proposes to improve the visual quality and natural environment of the Humboldt Parkway neighborhoods by reasonably recreating a portion of the historic Olmsted-designed Humboldt Parkway while maintaining the important transportation link that Rt 33 provides for regional traffic. |
