| Project Detail | The Contingent Emergency Response Project (CERP) is a key instrument under the World Banks Enhanced Crisis Preparedness and Response Toolkit, which will allow the Government to repurpose 10% of the undisbursed and uncommitted funds of the Investment Project Financing (IPF) and Program for Results (PforR) portfolio per year. The CERP is prepared ex-ante so that the Government could activate it within days from an eligible crisis/ emergency to finance eligible emergency response and recovery needs. To support the Government of Comoros to respond promptly and effectively to an eligible crisis or emergency. |
