The project is intended to replace, upgrade (particularly ADA compliance) and/or expand the existing sidewalk network along NY Route 5. Several sidewalk gaps currently exist that will be completed, and additional safety features are proposed for alternative modes of transportation, signage for cyclists, buses, and horse-drawn vehicles. |
