The project aims to enhance formal employment and employability among vulnerable groups in pilot provinces Türkiye by implementing a comprehensive Applied Training Program (ATP) and complementary soft skills and language training. The ATP encourages regularization, providing both employers and workers with tangible benefits such as secure employment and access to a trained workforce. The project also addresses key barriers like language proficiency and technical skills through tailored training, promoting better integration into the labour market. UNDP plays a central role in coordinating and implementing these initiatives, leveraging its expertise and partnerships with key government bodies such as ISKUR and private sector stakeholders. This multi-dimensional approach not only supports vulnerable individuals, such as refugees, in transitioning into formal employment but also contributes to a more stable and regulated labour market. |
