| Project Name | Delivering Resilient Infrastructure in Vulnerable Environments in Ukraine Project |
| Project Detail | The Project is designed as IPF with Performance-Based Conditions (PBCs) with a focus on repair and maintenance of the Ukraine’s national roads, including urgent measures to ensure connectivity and emergency response so that the national roads network continues to function over the period 2024-2027. The Project is comprised of three components: Component 1: National Road Network Routine Preservation; Component 2: National Road Network Periodic Preservation; and Component 3: Technical assistance and Project management. Component 1 execution is partially conditional on defined PBCs that aim at reforming and modernizing the transport sector in three areas: (i) Improving road infrastructure management; (ii) Developing private sector participation and enabling private capital; and (iii) Digitalizing road-based transport services. The Project Development Objective is to improve the resilience of the national road network and enable transport sector operational efficiency. |
