It is planned to build four residential houses with two apartments each in Nalbandian village. The residential houses are one-story, consisting of two apartments and each apartment has a total usable area of 108 m2. The apartments will have 3 bedrooms, an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Each of the houses is planned to be allocated an adjacent plot with an area of about 2000 m2. The houses will be separated from each other by a fence. The houses are intended for the displaced families from Artsakh, currently residing in Nalbandyan community. |
