Overall objective: Contribute to strengthening and promoting Civil Society Organisations (CSO) and Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) engagement of women and youth as actors of good governance and democratic rights in Liberia. Improved capacity and participation of CSOs and CBOs in promoting political and social rights, especially for women and youth. SO2: Enhanced civic engagement between CBOs, CSOs and local government, with a focus on women and youth. SO3: Strengthened engagement between the Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INHCR) and CSOs on Human Rights and Democracy (HR&D). |
