This TC aims to strengthen the capacities of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (MINTRAB) of Guatemala to implement training, intermediation, and labor inclusion policies. The TC will: (i) improve MINTRABs available tools and capacities to analyze labor markets trends and perspectives; (ii) improve processes to determine the relevance of training; (iii) support the digitalization of the National Employment Service (SNE) platform to serve job seekers and enterprises more effectively; (iv) develop protocols and tools to promote the inclusion of population groups that face barriers to access labor markets. |
