The main objective of the project is to support the incubation of youth and women business-led or business ideas and provide technical assistance to upgrade the production processes of the selected value chains in blue economy. The project will be implemented under the Cabo Verde Blue Economy Joint Program with FAO, UNDP and IOM under the Joint SDG Fund, call for proposals Building Resilience and Ending Vulnerability in Small Island Developing States. |
