Hayastan All Armenian Fund with the financial support of Armenia Fund USA will cover the one-year operation of the Artsakh State Dance Ensemble in Armenia, emphasizing the preservation of Artsakhs cultural heritage.
The project aims to:
• Ensure employment for more than thirty displaced families, thereby improving their living conditions.
• Promote the implementation of future projects aimed at preserving Artsakh culture, guaranteeing the safeguarding of Artsakhs cultural heritage.
The project is implemented in collaboration with the Center for the Preservation of Artsakh Culture NGO which serves as a uniting platform for Artsakh cultural associations.
Despite facing the challenges of deportation, the Artsakh State Dance Ensemble has persevered. Moreover, the ensemble continued its work, preparing for a new concert program. The ensemble has previously toured various cities in Armenia, Russia, and Europe, including a performance in the Artsvaberd opera staged by Andrey Babaev in Shushi in August 2013. The soloists have actively participated in international dance festivals, earning special awards for their performances. |
