Provide technical, operational and administrative management cooperation so that IICA contributes to the execution of the Comprehensive Restructuring Program of the General Agrarian Archive.
Specific objectives:
Carry out a comprehensive inventory of all the Documentary Funds of the General Agrarian Archive, of its three headquarters in Central Offices.
Execute the control and validation process of the documents, plans and files that make up the General Agrarian Archive for their safekeeping.
Classification of the collections of the three headquarters of the General Agrarian Archive.
Improve the access processes and availability of documentary files, which will speed up and make more efficient the attention of procedures and services.
Update the information technology systems and the documentation databases that make up the collections of the General Agrarian Archive. |
