Project Name SR 164 & SR 410 – Fish Passages
Project Detail As part of WSDOT’s fish passage program, we will remove two culverts at State Route 164 and three culverts at SR 410 that do not allow fish to pass and replace the culverts with fish-passable structures. Two culverts will be replaced west of Enumclaw along Seconds Creek and an Unnamed Tributary to Newaukum Creek at SR 164. Three culverts will be replaced just south of Enumclaw along an Unnamed Tributary to Boise Creek at SR 410. The new structures have the potential to open more than three miles of habitat for chum, coho, steelhead, sea-run cutthroat and resident trout.
