| Project Name | Technical support for the planning of integrate water resources planning in Paraguay |
| Project Detail | The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to provide tools to improve the planning and integrated management of water resources in Paraguay, for which the implementation of a water resources management system based on the HydroBID simulation suite will be supported. The information generated by the models will be fed into a geographic information system that will provide data on the quality and quantity of water resources to generate the necessary information (supply/demand) for the formulation of the National Water Resources Plan, a tool that will enable water and territorial planning and decision-making at both the basin and sub-basin levels. |
