The development objective of the Disaster Risk Management and Climate Development Policy Loan with a Catastrophe Deferred Drawdown Option for Philippines is to strengthen the Government of the Philippines’ capacity to manage disaster and climate risks, including those in the education, human settlements, and health systems. The project includes following pillars: pillar a: strengthening the resilience of the education system; pillar b: strengthening the resilience of the human settlements system; and pillar c: strengthening the resilience of the health system.
