| Project Detail | The states domestic capital investment and business financing activities will be enhanced by merging Business Finland Venture Capital Oy, Ilmastorahasto Oy and Oppiva Invest Oy into the ownership of Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy. The capital situation and need of the newly formed investment company and the legislation concerning the company are evaluated as a whole. Teollisuussijoitus Oys ownership will be transferred to special mission companies engaged in state capital investment activities. Lets make the necessary changes in the law. to laws concerning companies.
