Description The TA supports the program implementation, including managing and monitoring environment, involuntary resettlement, and social impacts; and knowledge sharing.
Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy Due to the closure of the attached TA and the extension of the program implementation period, the proposed small-scale TA is required for continued support to program management, as well as key focus areas including managing and monitoring environment, involuntary resettlement, and social impacts. The small-scale TA will also support knowledge sharing and dissemination of lessons learned on the RBL modality with the PRC Government and within ADB by organizing an RBL seminar to (i) improve the PRC Governments understanding of RBL modality for potential future projects, (ii) facilitate information sharing and exchange of lessons learned in implementation among existing RBL programs, and (iii) summarize and disseminate lessons learned. |
