(Cyfrowy Polsat, the Company, the Issuer), the dominant entity of the leading Polish telecommunications and media group. Project Objectives With its investment of PLN 800 million the EBRD supported the first SLB issuance aligned with the International Capital Market Associations (ICMA) guidelines for sustainability-linked bonds in Poland. Proceeds will support Cyfrowy Polsats expansion in the renewable energy segment. |
