ADBs Financial Products workshops will primarily cover the Flexible Loan Product, Concessional Loans, Local Currency Loans (LCL), and debt management products. Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The purpose of these workshops is to explain the basic concepts, unique features, terms and conditions of the Financial Products. A better understanding of the Financial Products will enable borrowers to utilize appropriate Financial Products and assist DMCs in making informed decisions. The proposed SS-KSTA supports ADBs Operational Priority 6: Strengthening Governance and Institutional Capacity, and aims to continue and build upon ADBs past efforts in strengthening the institutional capacities of borrowers in using ADBs Financial Products to help manage loan project and debt management requirements.
