Project Name E of Elgin Clifton Rd to SR 16 - Remove fish barriers, paving and ADA compliance
Project Detail Since summer of 2019, contractor crews have continued efforts to replace three outdated culverts under State Route 302 (Key Peninsula Highway) near Purdy for improved fish migration. Work also included repaving nearly eight miles of the highway. Work at Minter Creek wrapped up in summer 2021. Crews will return in spring 2022 to replace two outdated culverts at Little Minter Creek. Work at Little Minter Creek will require up to an 8-day around-the-clock closure. The dates of the future closure will be announced as they are scheduled. Timeline Spring 2019 - Fall 2022 Project status Construction Funding $16.2 Million
