| Project Detail | Start Date: 27.04.2014 End Date: 31.12.2020 The works comprise the construction, completion and maintenance of an iconic Office Tower, including excavation, piling, basement construction, main tower block and interior fit-out. The basement footprint occupies almost the entire site area. There are five basement levels comprising approximately 42,200 M2. The tower building comprises ground level, mezzanine, nineteen upper floors and a technical floor of total approximate area 43,080 M2. The floors are not uniform in size or shape. The total built up area is approximately 85,280 M2 |
