In order to allow the development of a non-formal education sector which will strengthen the youth policy of Iraqi Kurdistan, the program has been designed around three axes of action: Develop professional training in the field of non-formal education; Create and develop volunteering in the field of non-formal education; Implement a new approach to facilitate the resilience process of vulnerable populations. This program aims to empower the Kurdish population and civil society organizations to act for their future. This is why training is placed at the heart of it and future animators, directors and volunteers will have the capacities necessary to meet this objective. In addition, given the context and the situation of certain populations, continued support is necessary, and the therapeutic approach will complement that of non-formal education. |
