| Project Detail | Description The project covers the Velika Gorica agglomeration, located a few kilometres south of Zagreb. The main objectives of the project are to achieve compliance with the Urban Wastewater Directive and the Water Framework Directive in minimizing discharges of wastewater pollutants by extending and rehabilitating the existing sewer network and constructing a tertiary wastewater treatment plant. The project has been reviewed by JASPERS. Objectives The project will contribute to environmental protection and natural resource efficiency.
