Project Content:
The objective of this assignment is to support the client throughout the development and implementation of the 100 MW wind power project, from procurement phase to the final acceptance and commercial operation date.
These services include amongst others design and engineering review, bid evaluation, project management, site supervision during construction and commissioning, factory inspections, reporting and scheduling, documentation and local logistic support.
Activities:
Phase 1:
Preliminary document review and site visits
Wind data analysis and wind resource assessment
Support for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)
Power evacuation studies review
Topographical survey review
Assist the client to obtain the required permits and licenses
Support during the procurement phase of the EPC and O&M contractors: support during bid evaluation and contract negotiations
Draft of EPC and O&M contracts
Phase 2:
Supervision of construction and commissioning
Witnessing of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) |
