| Work Detail | The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, opened the new Dabin [Dabeen] Cement Factory and Power Station on Monday. The plant, near Safeen Mountain in Erbil Governorate, has a capacity of 2.1 million tons of cement annually, and can output 52 MW of electricity. It has created more than 1,200 jobs. Construction of the plant started in June 2023. |
