On May 7, 2025, Winline Technology unveiled its latest innovation—the 1500V high-voltage isolated DC/DC unidirectional module, UXC150030—at Power2Drive Europe in Munich, Germany. This global launch underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to advancing green energy technologies for international markets. The UXC150030 is engineered for ultra-high-voltage applications such as photovoltaic generation, energy storage systems, high-performance mining trucks, and rail transportation. Featuring a dual-terminal voltage range of 200–1500 Vdc and a maximum conversion efficiency of 98.5%, the module employs third-generation semiconductor technology and a patented topology to minimize power loss. It maintains stable operation across extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +75°C, ensuring high reliability in challenging industrial environments. At the launch event, Dr. Tong Cheng, Vice President of International Marketing at Winline Technology, emphasized the technological progress and application potential of the UXC150030. In addition to this flagship product, the company presented a range of advanced solutions. The UXC95050B bi-directional DC/DC module offers a peak efficiency of 98.8% with a voltage range of 200–950 Vdc, making it ideal for integrated solar charging, storage systems, and data center energy management. He stated, “The UXC150030 not only represents a technological milestone but also a precise response to the demands of the high-voltage DC market. It will provide standardized and highly compatible support for the European energy transition.” The UXC100040 high-power isolated module, with an output range of 50–1000 Vdc, is designed to support multi-vehicle fast charging and second-life battery applications. Another featured product, the LCR100040A liquid-cooled module, incorporates IP50 protection and silent cooling technology, tailored for corrosive and noise-sensitive environments. Rounding out the showcase was the UXG1K022 bi-directional AC/DC module, capable of handling a wide DC voltage range of 150–1000 Vdc and AC voltage of 260–530 Vac, offering robust solutions for vehicle-to-grid (V2G) applications and smart energy grids. To meet Europe’s growing energy challenges including grid instability and the integration of renewable sources — Winline Technology is actively aligning its development strategies with market needs. The company is promoting modular and flexible AC/DC hybrid grid architectures to accelerate the adoption of DC microgrids, enhance system efficiency, and reduce overall costs. Looking ahead, Winline Technology aims to deepen collaboration with European energy stakeholders, contributing to the rapid development of a more resilient, efficient, and profitable green energy ecosystem across the region. |
