The Solar & Storage Expo Kerala 2025, held on April 30 at the prestigious Marriott Hotel Kochi, concluded with resounding success, marking a pivotal moment for Kerala’s renewable energy landscape. The event brought together the region’s top solar and energy storage leaders, investors, innovators, and policymakers under one roof for a day of high-impact discussions, groundbreaking technology showcases, and unparalleled networking opportunities. The expo floor buzzed with energy as companies unveiled cutting-edge solutions in solar innovation and energy storage systems—offering attendees a glimpse into the future of clean energy. From advanced battery technologies to intelligent automation, the showcase highlighted the growing momentum of Kerala’s green transition. One of the key highlights of the event was the closed-door Roundtable Discussion titled “Solar Developers Investment Forum”, where top developers and investors engaged in strategic dialogue on unlocking capital and accelerating solar deployment in the state. Alongside this, the event featured insightful panel discussions on policy, project execution, grid integration, and storage technologies—delivering valuable knowledge and actionable insights. The event was graced by Dr. R. Harikumar, Director, Energy Management Centre, Kerala, who joined as the Guest of Honour, lending his visionary perspective on Kerala’s energy future and reinforcing the state’s commitment to sustainable growth. The day culminated with a prestigious Kerala Energy Excellence Awards, recognizing excellence and innovation in Kerala’s solar market. The awards celebrated leading developers, EPC companies, innovators, and enablers who have significantly contributed to the state’s renewable energy mission.
