InfoBeans Technologies Ltd has been awarded a significant contract for the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) of a Green IT Park building and its associated services at IT Park, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The project will be executed under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. To undertake this ambitious project, InfoBeans Technologies will form a consortium with a developer and an investor. InfoBeans will hold a majority stake of 51% in this consortium, a strategic move driven by the companys anticipated occupancy of half of the proposed 4 lakh square feet green building. This substantial space commitment underscores InfoBeans long-term growth plans and its dedication to fostering a sustainable and technologically advanced workspace.
